As a business, all you have to do is download the Fillin app, create a profile and post a FREE job ad which will take less than 25 seconds to complete. Workers matching your criteria will receive notifications of your job and you’ll receive applications in real time. The days of sifting through hundreds of resume pages are long gone… Review your candidates by viewing their profile which only contains information relevant to you, without all the fluff, along with their performance ratings and reviews. Once you’ve accepted, and the shift is complete you have the flexibility to pay your Fillin direct!
With everything settled at the end of your shift all you and your worker/employer will have to do is complete a rating and review.

Here is how the app works:
For business:
- Download the app and create a Business profile.
- When you’re ready, create a FREE job listing which will only
take you about 20-25 seconds.
- Your job will be sent out instantly as a notification to workers.
- Review your applications
- Select your Fillin. (This is when you’ll normally be charged a
small percentage of the overall shift BUT Fillin will be
completely FREE to use over the next 2 months!)
- Once you have made your selection, you can communicate
with your fill-in via the in-app chat to discuss the finer details
eg Uniform, arrival time etc.
- Pay your Fillin direct at the completion of their shift.
- Review and rate.
For Workers:
- Download the app and explore the opportunities on the Fillin
Job Map.
- Ready to apply? Register and complete your profile.
- Receive jobs via notifications.
- Apply for jobs at times that suit you.
- Once you have been selected to Fillin you can communicate
with your employer via the in-app chat to discuss the finer
details eg Uniform, arrival time etc.
